  • How long does the carpet take to dry?

    Although dry times can vary depdending on the amount of CleaneR used to get the carpet cleaned and the carpet fiber type, most carpets dry within 2-3 hours. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. 

  • Can you clean rugs in home?

    The Carpet Cleaning Company offers both In Home & Off Site Rug Cleaning. If a rug has any biolgoical issues (such as blood, urine feces or vomit), we do recommend that they be cleaned Off Site for proper cleaning. 

  • Can I have my carpets cleaned if I live in an apartment or highrise?

    Of course! Whether you live on the 1st or 99th floor, we offer a clean you can count. We have a highrise unload fee of $50. 

  • Do you have a guarantee?

    Yes we do! The biggest promise we make to our customers is our constant attention to their needs and concerns throughout the entire process of cleaning, repairing and restoration.
