Step 1: Carpet Pre-Inspection

Your technician will thoroughly examine the carpet, locating areas of concern such as stains or odors. 


Factors which will be considered are; carpet type and construction, overall condition of the carpet and source of the problem. 

Step 2: Vacuum & Spot Treat 

Vacuuming is the most important step in the pre-cleaning process because dry soil damages the fiber surface of the carpet and lint, pet hair and other debris can become deeply embedded. 


This enables the spot or spill treatment to better penetrate the area of concern.

Step 4: Protect & Walk Through

After cleaning, you can apply a carpet protection which will increase the life and beauty of your carpet by making spots and spills easier to remove. 


A final walk-through insures your 100% satisfaction. 


Your technician will leave you with a free bottle of our CleaneR. 

Step 3: Agitate & Extract

After moving light items such as end tables, floor lamps and chairs, we apply our kid and pet friendly CleaneR. 


We then provide a deep cleaning by agitating and extracting the carpet fibers, removing even the smallest of dirt and allergen particles.

  • Where can I take an area rug to be cleaned?

    The Carpet Cleaning Company offers both In Home & Off Site Rug Cleaning. If a rug has any biolgoical issues (such as blood, urine feces or vomit), we do recommend that they be cleaned Off Site for proper cleaning. 

  • What are your business hours?

    We available and ready to take your call: 

    Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM

  • How long does the carpet take to dry?

    Although dry times can vary depdending on the amount of CleaneR used to get the carpet cleaned and the carpet fiber type, most carpets dry within 2-3 hours. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. 

  • Can I have my carpets cleaned if I live in an apartment or highrise?

    Of course! Whether you live on the 1st or 99th floor, we offer a clean you can count. We have a highrise unload fee of $50. 

  • Do you have a guarantee?

    Yes we do! The biggest promise we make to our customers is our constant attention to their needs and concerns throughout the entire process of cleaning, repairing and restoration. We want our customer, to be happy and satisfied with The Carpet Cleaning Company experience, and we will stop at nothing to achieve that.
